This 100 yr-old villa overlooks a pretty village in a National Park of hills, forests and lakes in mid-France within a day's drive of most areas of England/Wales and less than a day's drive of either the Alps or the Mediterranean. The accommodation is a suite of two rooms with an ensuite shower-room/WC, and there is a breakfast room. All rooms are to a high standard of comfort and furnishings. WHEN A BOOKING'S TAKEN THEN THAT'S IT- NO OTHER GUESTS! There are wooded grounds of 2 acres, and a large pool with pool-house and quality decking, loungers, table etc. Lovely views from pool and grounds. A full continental breakfast is provided - to be eaten in the house or to be taken outside. Sorry - no pets. Please ask first if there are children under eight in the party. A 50% deposit is payable at the time of booking with the balance payable 4 weeks before arrival. (Any pre-payments will be returned if the room is subsequently re-let.)
