We specialise in Gourmet food & wine breaks & have regular trips to local vinyards for wine tasting. Trips to local Antique fairs & markets can also be arranged as well as local food & wine producers. We will be starting Franch language & Antique Furniture Restoration courses in 2006 & now have our OWN swimming pool for guest's exclusive use! House Buying Breaks are also available; we have 25+ years experience of property purchase/selling in France & can offer FULL translation services for all legal proceedings. Our lovely home is furnished throughout with period & antique French furniture, all which has been lovingly restored by ourselves. Each room has it's own theme, style or era. There is a sunny breakfast & day room with T.V, DVD & DVD's & Videos to watch, as well as a Hi-Fi too. Games & books are available too. The Pierre Loti salon is for romantic evening dining & drinks - the room is adorned with beautiful tapestries, kilims, oriental carpets & antique paintings/prints. For the benefit of our winter guests we have a lovely antique woodburning fireplace. An exotic & fascinating room to dine or relax in after a heavy day at the beach or shopping! To the front of the house we have an enclosed terrace & front garden where our covered Well is situated...... dine under the stars surrounded by honeysuckle, roses, aromatic herbs & lavender or just watch the world go around whilst sunning yourself besides our own grapevine. To the rear we have a lovely walled garden, here there are numerous sun beds & easy chairs for sunning yourself or reading..... we have an extensive library available to guests. Meals, snacks & drinks can also be served here & we have boules, croquet, table-tennis & baby football available for our more energetic guests! Superb 4 course meals are served for those who want to eat in the evening.... 20€ including a half bottle of wine per person & coffee. We have a bar & an extensive selction of fine wines to choose from, all from our own Cave which holds 1200+ bottles! A warm welcome is extended to all & help with day trips, shopping & language is always available.
