Denver, Colorado Queen Anne Bed and Breakfast Inn, Denver, Colorado, United States Queen Anne Bed & Breakfast Inn is the first (1987) and the largest (14 guestrooms) of the urban bed and breakfast inns in this city which is the gateway to Colorado and the Rocky Mountains. Facing Benedict Fountain Park in the Clement Historic District of Downtown Denver, the inn's two side-by-side Victorians (1879/1886) are within a short walk of the State Capitol, US Mint, 16th St. Pedestrian Mall, Convention Center, business center, Larimer Square, many restaurants, galleries, museums, and shops. Because of the inn's downtown location and the friendly ambience for which it is known, the inn is a haven for businessmen and women as well as vacationers from across the nation and overseas. There are 14 guest rooms including 4 gallery suites dedicated to famous artists: Audubon, Calder, Remington and Rockwell. We have high speed internet cable access and wireless access from guest rooms. Fresh flowers, chamber music, period antiques, direct dial phones, and private baths are in all rooms. Six have special deep tubs, two have fireplaces. The Inn is airconditioned and there is free parking. A hot breakfast (in bed if desired) and evening Colorado wines are included. Knowledgeable innkeepers will suggest seeing-doing-shopping in and around Denver, make restaurant reservations, arrange area tours and outdoor activities (perhaps see a working gold mine or take a horsedrawn carriage to dinner downtown), or advise about other bed and breakfasts in Colorado.

Payment: One night or 50% deposit, whichever is greater, is required to confirm a reservation made 15 days or more in advance of arrival. Alternatively, major credit cards can be used to guarantee payment for reservations made less than 15 days prior to arrival. Major credit cards, personal checks, money transfers, or travels checks may be used for prepayments. Refunds: There is a liberal refund policy. If you cancel or change your reservation at least 72 hours prior to 6 PM on each date you have reserved, there will be no charge. Otherwise you will be charged for each night of your reservation which is not resold. When canceling a group reservation of three or more rooms, 14 to 30 days notice may be required for full refund.
