Situated in the tropical island of Antigua on Monk's Hill, it has a stunning view (both by day and by night) of Falmouth Harbour. The house is on two floors and 2 has two double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, a spacious lounge (with double bed settee) and dining area, full kitchen inventory and private swimming pool. The house has extensive balconies and patios so that you can make the most of the views while enjoying a leisurely sundowner. There is plenty of room for open-air eating at any time of the day in sun-shine or shade. At the same time, lockable bedrooms provide privacy for you and security for your possessions. The upper floor is an open plan area built in an L shape surrounding the pool comprising kitchen lounge and dining area, plus a separate double bedroom with en suite bathroom. There is also a twin-bedded room with en suite bathroom on the lower floor and a double size sofa-bed in the lounge so the house can accommodate 6 people if you wish. There is ample seating both inside and out and a dining table close to the kitchen area. The kitchen is fitted with hob, microwave, 'fridge freezer, toaster and sufficient cutlery, crockery and utensils for 6. Each bedroom has a fitted louvred door wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
