The villa has a direct view of the Nile river, and from the terrace you have a great view of the fields and villages around, you have the chance to enjoy the mountains of Thebes from the terrace too. The villa, although close to the monuments is only a short distance from the bustling town of Luxor. On the first floor, there are 5 bedrooms, one room with private bathroom, the other rooms share 2 is a small living room complete with fireplace, and a larger living room, with terrace, dinning room, kitchen, and bathroom on the ground floor . Most of the rooms have direct views of the river Nile On the roof garden relax and enjoy the spectacular views or enjoy a barbeque in the large garden below. Being in Al Diwan is another life experience! |

| Where possible guests are requested to send a 10% deposit. This is refundable up to 12 weeks before departure. Where a deposit can not be sent credit card details are requested, name, number, expiry date. A charge will only be made in the event of cancellation. The balance is payable upon arrival in cash Dollars, Euros or Sterling are preferred but other 'hard' currencies are acceptable. We take account of guest arrival and departure times so dont worry about check in and check out times. Only guests registered at the flats can stay and because of police restrictions we are unable to offer accommodation to mixed Egyptian/foreign couples.
