We offer three luxurious B&B rooms, all with private bathrooms and thoughtfully appointed. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided, plus homemade biscuits for you to savour! We also have a children’s twin-bedded room for those seeking a family break. Carolyn also offers you the option of delicious 4-course evening meals. B&B Booking Conditions
TERMS & CONDITIONS Provisional Bookings Remain firm for two weeks pending the return of written confirmation within 14 days accompanied with a deposit (sterling or Euro cheque), equal to that of the first night’s stay. Cancellation In the event of cancellation, please advise us immediately. We will attempt to re-let the room and return your deposit less a handling charge of £15. Should we be unable to re-let the accommodation you will be charged for 2/3 of the total cost of your stay. Insurance You are strongly advised to take out holiday cancellation insurance Arrival and Departure Your accommodation will be ready for you to occupy from 4-8pm and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Please let us know if you will be arriving at any other time. Guest Numbers The number of people occupying the accommodation must not exceed the number stated without written approval.
