Juvigne, Mayenne Old School House, Juvigne, Mayenne, France Juvigne is a pretty village located in Mayenne, on the borders between Brittany and the Loire Valley. The area is stunningly beautiful, and offers a chance to relax in the countryside, explore the historic chateaux in towns such as Fougeres and Laval, and sample French rural life. The lively city of Rennes in Brittany is also within easy reach. The accommodation is on the ground floor and was previously a school classroom. Newly renovated, it now offers one very large, all-purpose bed-sitting room. Its size makes it ideal for a family or a group of friends sharing. The old school playground is still here and provides a safe place for children to run around, as well as a barbecue area. The room is en-suite, and has its own entrance. Although there is no kitchen, there is a kettle and snacks can be made in the room. It is centrally heated. The room has two new double sofa beds, and we can put extra temporary beds in the room for larger groups/families. Bedding and towels are provided. |
