All guest facilities are on the ground floor with access to both terrace and garden. The bathroom has a 'wet room' shower, making access for the disabled easier. The lounge and kitchen benefit from wood burning stoves. There is ample private parking. The hamlet of Le Masrembaud - in the commune of Lupersat - having no through traffic, is tranquil and lies ten miles from both Aubusson to the west and Auzances to the east and some fifty miles south of the very centre of France. Lyon is about four hours east and Limoges two hours west by road.
