| At all times we ask for a 20% booking deposit (minimum deposit one night stay*). A cancellation fee of $50* applies to cancellations up to 4 weeks in advance. The booking deposit becomes non-refundable within 4 weeks of the booking. Remainder of payment is due upon arrival. |
