There is safe swimming, good fishing, sailing, wind surfing etc, & nearby Goat Island marine reserve, with the fish right there, to swim or paddle with, or just watch. Visit Kawau Island by ferry to see the historic homestaed of on e of our first Governor's General, with native flora & fauna along with some from all round the world. good walking tracks abound, feed the friendly donkeys, dine at our many handy restaurants with high standards. Or just relax, enjoy the peaceful sea scenery, or countryside. |
