| To confirm a reservation we require a valid credit card number (Visa or MasterCard) with expiry date. Card will not be debited until the day if arrival, if necessary. Cancellation of any confirmed reservation has to be made, in writing (letter, fax or e-mail with name and last eight digits of card number), at least 48 hours before the date of arrival. Rooms can be occupied from 16h00. With any cancellation less than 48 hours the total cost of the first night (including dinners) become payable. In case of no show, the total cost of the reservation including reserved meals become payable. Unfortunately no telephonic cancellation can be accepted. | ||
