A deposit of $50.00 bed and breakfast, $100.00 dinner bed and breakfast per room per night is required to secure the booking Refund 30 days prior to arrival, full refund of deposit less $10.00 administration charge per room. 30 days prior to arrival 50% refund less $10.00 administration charge per room. 24 hours prior to arrival or no shows no refund. Unless accommodation is re let. Payment for High Season Christmas in July, Christmas, and New Year bookings payable in full 30 days prior to arrival
