It is also very close to the beautiful Val D'Orcia, Montepulciano, Pienza and Montalcino and only 2 hours drive from Rome airport. The property is surrounded by 4.8 hectares (about 10 acres) including several oaks, elms and olive trees, giving maximum privacy while offering the beautiful sight of Cortona and the mountains sloping towards lake Trasimeno. The main building, about 400sqm "La Violina" 2nd floor is divided into 2 apartments which are named "Il Gelsomino" and "La Rosa". "Il Gelsomino" is set as follows: Living room/dining room with a comfortable sofa-bed, kitchenette, full bathroom, large bedroom with a magnificent all brick and hand made antique sink with an antique bronze faucet. This apartment, 2+2, can guest up to 4 people. "La Rosa" is set as follows: Living room with magnificent fireplace and a comfortable sofa-bed for 2, large dining room with a charming and full equipped wall kitchen, full bathroom, queen size bedroom, 2 single beds bed room. This apartment, 2+4, can guest up to 6 people. The interiors are excellent and in full respect of the perfect Tuscan antique country style. There is a TV and the kitchen is fully equipped. All beds have magnificent and hot eider downs.
