| B&B Booking Conditions | ||
| Reservations require a deposit of 50 percent of the total lodging cost within 10 days of booking. If your plans change we will be happy to refund your deposit less a $30 handling fee per room provided we receive notice at least 30 days prior to your visit. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of their actual arrival or departure date. Group reservations require a three night minimum stay and payment in full 60 days prior to arrival. | ||
