BOOKING POLICY Since there are only a few apartments available for paying guests we book on first-come, first-served, basis. To reserve, we will need a credit card and expiry date along with your contact information (name address, telephone, dates of arrival/departure, and arrival time). You can call or send your credit card number in 2 different emails - the first with name and the first 8 numbers, than the last numbers and expiry date in the second email. General Terms Please specify when booking if you want twin or double beds Rates are in Euros. Rates are per person and based on double occupancy Rates are based on payment in cash. Payments with Visa and MasterCard or travelers’ cheques are accepted with an additional 10% charge. One night stay is €10.00 extra per person. Discount of 5% for 3 nights. Each additional person is €25.00 extra per night Check in time is 12 noon. Check out time is 11 am. Letter of Confirmation Letter of confirmation should be presented when checking in otherwise we will not be held liable for any errors or misunderstandings. Cancellations Please give us one week’s notice to cancel your reservation without penalty. Last Minute Cancellations (48 hrs) We deduct one night’s rate from your credit card. 24-hour Cancellation, Same Day Cancellation, or No-Show Full amount deducted. Refunds There are no refunds.
