Rome, Lazio Antonella B&B, Rome, Lazio, Italy I would like introduce to you my new B&B in Rome, Italy. It’s a huge penthouse with a panoramic (360 degree view) and full of flowers terrace above Rome (160 mq.). It’s near the Ministry of Foreign Office, the new Auditorium “the Town of Music” and Ponte Milvio with his typical restaurants, his antique market, his tea rooms and confectionary shops. My house is on a street plenty of atmosphere, with high pine-trees and is very well connected to the city centre. I offer 1 master bedroom with private bathroom, with shower and Jacuzzi for 2, and 1 double bedroom with private bathroom and a large dressing room. A living room is between the two rooms and the entrance is independent so my guests can have a total privacy. Color television, air conditioning and fridge in each room. Central heating and electricity are included. We have a special offer for the summer 2003, from June to August the whole apartment will cost 50,00 euros per person per night all included, minimun stay, 3 nights. For 7 nights the whole cost is 1200,00 euros. Regular price is 135,00/110,00 double room. 105,00/90,00 single room. Prices include: taxes, services, water, heating, one change of lines for week and the breakfast on the formula “do it yourself”. My guests have the possibility to prepare their own breakfast with an abundance of food products furnished every day by my kitchen. This guarantee a maximum of liberty and independence for my guests. I will do the daily cleaning (except on Saturday and Sunday) and the change of linen. Upon request I will furnished the following options: 1) Transfer to/from Airport or Station. 2) The possibility to rent bicycles. 3) Advanced booking and tickets for cultural events, theatres, sports etc. 4) Internet service. 5) A free map of Rome
