B&B Booking Conditions
1. Payment in full is to be made upon departure, for long duration stays, payment will be requested on a weekly basis. We do not invoice for payment. 2. A deposit may be requested prior to a booking being confirmed. This will not be refunded unless the room is re-booked. Any deposit returned will be subject to the deduction of any fees and associated costs payable by ourselves, i.e. bank charges, merchant banking fees and postage. 3. Rooms are available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival unless alternative arrangements are agreed. This may not always be possible. 4. Rooms are to be vacated by 11am on the day of departure unless alternative arrangements are agreed. This may not always be possible. 5. For the comfort of all our guests, all guest rooms are non smoking. Guests who fail to comply with this may be asked to leave 6. No pets allowed except Guide Dogs. 7. Full English Breakfast is included in the room rate.
