We have recently refurbished and have 16 modern bedrooms, all with television and tea/coffee making facilities and the majority with shower/wc. Enjoy good home cooking in tasteful surroundings or take advantage of some of the many restaurants within easy reach, including local pub grub. Alternatively sit back and relax in our beautiful furnished guest lounge or wander down to the historic 13th century church in the village of Old Yardley. We are a family business and take great care of all our guests whether long term, weekend or just overnight. We have ample secure off-road parking both front and rear. Also there are excellent local bus, taxi and train services easily available. We are within easy access from M42, junction 6, situated off the main A45 Coventry Road. |

| B&B Booking Conditions | ||
| A credit card is required at the time of reservation to 'Secure or Hold' the booking. The credit card will not be debited unless you cancel or fail to arrive. If the booking is cancelled there is a ten pound per person administration fee. If the booking is cancelled outside of the 48 hour notice period, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the booking. If we are able to re-rent the room a refund will be given to the card. |
