* The two “shared bath” rooms share the choice of two bathrooms * Deposit = 25% of Full Payment or first night (higher amount), due upon confirmation. * Full Payment required 30 days before arrival in winter and 14 days in summer. * Cancellation Policy: - If notice received by us in writing 30/14 days before scheduled arrival, deposit is refundable, less an administration charge of $50.00 winter, $35.00 summer /room * Full Payment is non-refundable if cancelled within 30/14 days. We recommend Travel Insurance. * All rates: - Are in Canadian dollars - Are subject to 10% Hotel Tax & 7% G.S.T. (G.S.T. refundable to non-Canadian residents) - Based on double occupancy, (except single), extra persons $35.00 Cdn each/per night. Note: - No Refund for early departure of reservation
