| We rent without any commission. The reservation can be done by paying in advance (30%) with a money-transfer (bank or postal or by Western Union); the balance and the security deposit (Euro 300,00 for weekly-rent) must be paid at the beginning of the journey. A weekly cleaning and linen service is provided. The breakfast is not served. We can’t accept cheques and credit card. We have the licence of the Municipally of Rome and the Rome Tourism Office (A.P.T.) authorization to rent with “Holiday House” mode. We can also provide the following services : Transfer from or to the apartment (Euro 65,00) Mobil phone rent (Euro 5,00 per day, traffic not included + security deposit Euro 200,00) City tours. |
