A large portico, furnished with divans, armchairs and a large dining table completes off one side, and a living area with large windows, creating a very pleasing continuity that is characteristic of the whole villa. From the portico, you can enter the kitchen and the living room. The pool is also accessed from the portico, being situated immediately in front of the property. This villa is absolutely "family friendly" equipped with a lovely small room created solely for children and with a garden entirely fenced off. The villa is found halfway up a hill in a protected and panoramic area on the border between Umbria and Lazio.
