Enjoy genuine "kiwi" hospitality and home cooked meals. Take advantage of the convenience of being close to Auckland airport (20 minutes) and city (30 minutes), to recover from jet lag or pack your bags in peaceful rural surroundings, for the return flight home. Our farm home is centrally heated and set in extensive landscaped gardens.We have an outdoor hot tub. Guests are welcome to share our TV/Family room and our separate cosy lounge.Tea coffee and juice are always available and we welcome you to join us for pre dinner drinks. We can provide an evening meal, by prior arrangement or you can choose from award winning restaurants and cafes. We are are 2 minutes from the local golf course and only 30 minutes drive to 6 more golf courses. We have an interesting collection of vintage and classic vehicles and Hugh is pleased to have an excuse to 'fire up' the 1916 Model T and take you for a spin! Attractions close by include motor and horse racing, beaches for surfing, fishing and swimming, vintage railway, hot mineral pools, horse sales complex and garden tours. |
