Colorado Springs, Colorado Holden House 1902 Bed & Breakfast Inn, Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States "The Romance of the Past with the Comforts of Today" Built by Isabel Holden, this 1902 storybook Victorian, 1906 carriage house, and 1898 adjacent Victorian, are centrally located near historic Old Colorado City. The inn, lovingly restored by in 1985, is filled with antiques and family heirlooms. Named for mining towns, guest rooms are furnished with queen beds, period furnishings and feather pillows. The inn boasts all romantic suites with tubs for two, some with mountain views, fireplaces, and more! Gourmet breakfasts, served in the elegant formal dining room, might include carob chip muffins, Sallie’s famous Southwestern Eggs Fiesta, fresh fruit, gourmet coffee, tea and juice. Complimentary refreshments, homemade cookies, and turndown service are just some of Holden House’s special touches.
