Villa Ann is a family run B&B and welcomes children, it is simple and comfortable and boasts incredible views of the surrounding vineyards,olivegroves,mountains and glimpses of the sea. The accomodation,and independent flat on the first floor of the main house, consists of a livingroom,bathroom and two double bedrooms each with French windows leading onto the large roof terrace with incredible views of the mountains and the sea beyond.Breakfast and dinner can be served here weather permitting. Lismay is a trained chef and has worked in many countries. She will gladly let you into her kitchen while she prepares local dishes using recipes collected from all over Italy. We can also arrange a fascinating tour of an esclusive private vineyard and local olivegroves. Watch the wine being made and the olives being pressed,(olive season is Nov to Feb)taste the produce and experience the true ITALY.Tour ends with a meal in a local restaurant.Ask in your email about this. Things to do within half an hour of Villa Ann. 1.The city of Rome and all it has to offer! Daily excursions are easy from here. Trains run every half hour from the local station "Termini". From here there is an endless choice of things to do and see.The owners provide a free pickup service to and from the local station. 2.Villa Ann is 20 minutes from the sea where you can find the endless white beaches of Sabaudia and Nettuno, very popular for Windsurfing and Sailing. 3.Golf as mentioned above. 4.Sightseeing and shopping in the local Castelli towns such as Frascati,Genzano and the Popes summer retreat of Albano, also expeditions to local vineyards and olive pressing yards in the season. 5.Hiking and Horseriding around the local mountains and lakes. 6.The World War II American and British cemetaries of Nettuno and Anzio ard 20 minutes drive away, a fascinating experience for old and young alike. 7.The National Hang Gliding championships are held at the local castle town of Sermonetta, 15 minutes away, and hand gliding is popular here all year round.
